Insource Co., Ltd. founded with capital of 10 million yen in Kudanshita, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

Hosted an open seminar program, "Business Reskilling Workshop" with UFJ Institute, Ltd. (currently known as Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting Co., Ltd.)

Developed a proprietary customer management system.

Received the initial order of our new recruits training program. About 600 people attended the program.

FY2004 (3rd term)～Over 150 organizations participated in our programs in total.

2005

Started to develop our proprietary workflow management system for trainng program scheduling.

As many as 4,200 people attended our new recruitment training programs (The total number of attendees increased 600 percent year over year).
