Basic IR Policy

Insource Co., Ltd. (hereafter called the Company) is promoting IR activities by providing information in a proper, fair and timely manner with all stakeholders, including shareholders and investors. The information includes our management policies, business activities and financial information.

Disclosure Policy

The Company will disclose information in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and the rules on the timely disclosure of corporate information stipulated in the Securities Listing Regulations of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereafter Timely Disclosure Rules). Also, in order to enhance management transparency, we will actively disclose information that may be considered useful for investors, even if it does not fall under the Timely Disclosure Rules.

Disclosure Method

In accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules, information is disclosed through the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) operated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In principle, any disclosed information is immediately posted on the Company website.

Our disclosed information may include forward-looking statements. In order to avoid market disruption, we will fully explain the assumptions and uncertainties of these statements.

Quiet Period

In order to prevent the leakage of financial information disclosed at the end of the fiscal year, we have designated the period from the same day of the week five weeks before the quarterly and fiscal year-end announcement dates to the day of the announcement as an IR activity quiet period, during which we will refrain from commenting on or answering questions about the financial results.
