Ahead of the competition, to encourage each individual to make the most of their abilities, we have developed a wide range of training programs not only for female employees but also for diverse workforce such as persons with disabilities, foreign nationals and LGBTs. Also, our diverse workforce is engaged in developing these training programs. Therefore, attendees can make the most use of what they have learned immediately.

We conduct the mental health care training programs for approximately 20,000 people in total annually so that they work in a healthy way, both physically and mentally. We also offer Stress Check Support Service that allows attendees to easily check their own stresses.
