In today's rapidly changing environment, "human capital management," which considers human resources as "capital" and maximizes their value to enhance corporate value over the medium to long term, has attracted attention. There is a strong need for academic exploration of this management approach and its implementation in actual companies.
With the establishment of the Human Capital Management Research and Education Center (Insource 20th Anniversary Center), we will accelerate interdisciplinary research and education related to human capital management through industry-academia collaboration. The Center will also contribute to revitalizing the Japanese economy and solving social problems by presenting the importance of human capital management widely to both academia and industry.
We will actively and effectively exchange research and education at Human Capital Management Research and Education Center in Graduate School of Business Administration, KOBE University (Insource 20th Anniversary Center), which was established on April 1, 2023, to ensure opportunities to share knowledge and information that both parties have. The purpose of this agreement is to contribute to the development of both parties' research and education, and to contribute to society.
