◆Course Overview:
Due to globalization and advances in techonology, the business world is demanding improved performance and efficiency utilizing fewer and fewer resources. To achieve this, cost reduction and performance enhancements need to be balanced.
Business improvement (Kaizen) is a highly necessary business process to deal with this issue.

In your daily work, you can probably think of tasks that could be made more efficient with just a few small tweaks. In your regular worklife, either you don’t spare the time to accomplish this or you don't have time or capacity.
On this course, we sort out those “small tweaks” and bring them together into a Kaizen action plan you can carry out immediately.
