◆Course Overview:
This course aims to enhance business management and execution skills for leaders.
Participants will start off by thinking about their daily work and they will learn the importance of keeping the PDCA cycle turning. Through this process, the participants will learn the critical points of each phase of the PDCA and will be shown how to ensure that each phase is thoroughly carried out. Through workshops they will also learn and experience hands-on new skills and thoughts in each of the phases which will help them to understand the benefits.
