◆Course Overview:
5S stands for Seiri (organizing), Seiton (arranging), Seisou (cleaning), Seiketu (cleanliness), Shitsuke(bringing-up or discipline). Improving the quality of all aspects of the work, for example, sprucing up the workplace, improving the attitude and conduct of the staff and encouraging streamlining, and the continued use of all of these practices, are based on these 5S.
Through this training, participants will be able to clearly understand the advantages of an awareness of 5S in their daily work. They will also learn the importance of implementing small improvements incrementally but steadily, and they will draft an action plan that can be put into motion the next day.
